Welcome to OXELVO. By browsing our website or engaging our software development, artificial intelligence, or engineering architecture services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
All custom source code, documentation, schema definitions, and automated workflows developed under a signed Statement of Work (SOW) become the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon milestone payment satisfaction. Code is committed directly into the client’s designated GitHub or GitLab repositories with no vendor lock-in.
2. Sprint Milestones & Acceptance Criteria
Engagements proceed through iterative bi-weekly sprints backed by concrete technical Acceptance Criteria. Staging review periods allow clients to test and verify all functionality prior to production promotion.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
OXELVO executes mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to reviewing proprietary client data, internal business logic, or codebase repositories. We do not publicize client names, trade secrets, or internal metrics without explicit written authorization.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
